- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging if possible.
- Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as electronic media. We will clearly indicate such items on the product page.
Returns Process
- To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer support at HelloYou@FlightofGlass.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Include the reason for the return, a photo of the item(s), and a phone number where we can contact you.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the process. Our intention is to promptly resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement, repair, or issuing a refund.
Return Shipping
- Please return the item in its original packaging. If the packaging was damaged during shipping, please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
- Flight of Glass will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible items that were shipped in the U.S.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used during the purchase.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method used, but usually 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- We do not provide refunds for items returned for reasons other than those covered above. However, we understand that sometimes our customers may have a change of heart and not want the item once it arrives.
